Bill has built a 23-year career at the forefront of enterprise cybersecurity, with particular depth in data security, threat detection, and AI security risk. As Regional Director at Varonis — the leader in data security posture management — he leads a team of enterprise sellers across Illinois and Wisconsin, partnering daily with CISOs and security leaders at financial institutions, healthcare organizations, and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Varonis, he held senior leadership roles at Axonius, Trellix (formerly FireEye/Mandiant), and BeyondTrust, and spent nearly 18 years at Check Point Software Technologies, rising from Territory Manager to Regional VP of the Great Lakes — leading teams that generated over $50 million in annual revenue with 35% year-over-year growth. His network of security executives across the financial services sector, and his firsthand experience selling into and advising those organizations, make him a uniquely credible voice on cybersecurity risk in regulated industries.
Jennifer brings over 26 years of institutional investment operations experience, with a career built at the intersection of investment operations, risk, and analytical performance in the multi-billion dollar institutional non-profit segment. As Senior Vice President and Client Executive at Northern Trust — one of the world's preeminent custodian banks — she spent more than 16 years managing and winning the largest U.S. non-profit institutional portfolio relationships. Before Northern Trust, Jennifer spent ten years as an Investment Accounting and Performance Analyst at Northwestern University's Investment Office, where she developed deep expertise in the operational needs of a multi-billion dollar university endowment. Her background spans portfolio accounting, risk and performance measurement, audit, cash management, benefit payments, asset management, capital markets, banking, securities lending, and the full operational frameworks governing institutional investors. She is a subject matter expert on operational efficiency, data quality, and analytical services for institutional investment portfolios, with particular focus on non-profit endowments, foundations, and healthcare portfolios.
